copyright*) in this data product. In consideration of your payment
of the requisite fee, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-assignable
and non-transferable licence to use this data product subject
to the terms below.
This licence is not a sale
of any or all of the owner's rights. This data product may only
be used by you and you may not sell, rent, lease, lend, sub-license
or transfer the data product or any of your rights under this
agreement to anyone else. You may not use any part of the data
product to develop or derive any other data product for distribution
or commercial sale, without a license to do so.
This data product is provided
"as is" and the owners make no warranty, either express
or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchant
ability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will
the owners be liable for any indirect, special, consequential
or other damages however caused. This agreement will terminate
automatically without notice to you if you fail to comply with
any term of this agreement.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of this
data product complies with these terms and to seek prior written
permission from Canadian Enerdata Ltd. for any uses not permitted
or not specified in this agreement.
Any use whatsoever of this data product
shall constutute your acceptance of the terms of this agreement.

You are entirely responsible
for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities
that occur under your account. You agree to notify Canadian
Enerdata Ltd. immediately of any unauthorized use of your
account or any other breach of security. Canadian Enerdata Ltd.
will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result
of someone else using your password or account, either with or
without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for
losses incurred by Canadian Enerdata due to someone else using
your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account
at any time, without the permission of the account holder.
